Why is microsoft support so bad?

Hello everyone!
I recently got hacked on minecraft and microsoft support is literally useless. First of all I sent a ticket to minecraft support but they said that the cant do anything because its a microsoft account (which they are telling everyone to migrate to) but anyway I tried to get an actual person to speak to me but of course microsoft says this: "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.". I cannot call them, email them nothing. What am I supposed to do. Microsft a 2trillion dollar company can't solve an issue so simple. Picture this:
-I have had the same email which I have purchased the game on for 3 god damn years.
-I told them my transaction id everything
-I have NEVER changed the email to my account
-All of the sudden in 2 seconds my account password and email change and I cant do anything about it
The funniest part or the saddest I should say is that they send all those email and all to change the password and stuff. They dont realise that you need to login to change that? I dont have acces to some random guys email so HOW THE HELL am I supposed to reset my password. I think the transaction ID should be enough to atleast get some feedback. All I got from them is in the file attached to this post. Total stupidity. Never trusting microsoft.

Unfortunately you would have to continue trying to work with support directly for assistance. If you can't find the option to chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us you can also use the option to request a call back.

Typically nothing can be transferred between accounts, so if that's something support told you they could do, you'd have to continue working with them so they can do it.

Sorry to hear that you had a hard time getting in touch with Microsoft support. It could be that support is having a huge number of calls preventing them to process a callback at the moment but yes I understand where you are coming from, it can get frustrating.
