Why is Microsoft support otherwise useless?

If you've been suspended, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspension and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and that is the only way to contact them.

Sigh why Microsoft support is so useless ? I legit wrote wired controller in title.

Any form of support through us (phones, chat, forums, Twitter, Reddit) cannot assist with any Enforcement actions taken against accounts and consoles. Console bans are not currently available for

Case Review, however submitting one for a regular suspension would provide information for any other suspensions on the account/console.

3 seperate Xbox Live accounts and all of them banned or suspended? Ive been playing on Xbox Live with the same account for almost 8 years and never once was I suspended.

Theowenkiller brought your recent game history in to question because those games aren't supported by their developers anymore and modded lobbies are often played in. Playing in these lobbies is against the code of conduct and is a punishable offense.
