    Why is Microsoft stealing from my son!!


    My 11 year old son recently purchased minecoins with his own money. The purchase went through and the mincoins were not recieved. I have spoken with no less than 5 representatives and each one says something different.

    * Already reinstalled game which consequently deleted all of his saves. The representative assured me this would not happen.

    * I've tried to contact both Xbox and Microsoft only to be told that there are no refunds on minecoins. HE NEVER GOT THEM THIS IS DIFFERENT!!

    * The Microsoft representatives said they cant even contact xbox support! There are no known numbers to call. You are left with filling out a form only to be denied without them looking at it!

    *After looking in the help section I see that over 736 people have had the same problem with no results.

    How can a company like Microsoft sell minecoins for their xbox platform and not even be able to communicate with them? They essentially stole my 11 year old autistic sons hard earned money and they wont fix it? I'm going to the news with this isn't resolved
    immediately! THIS IS FRAUD!!!

    I have already done that three times as instructed by Microsofts representatives. Each time it is denied and the ticket closed with an automatic response of ......we are unable to refund digital purchases that are consumable.

    take me to mojang or minecraft support themselves.
