Why is Microsoft so weak to puny children reporting everyone

So everything is only rated E for everyone when someone reports it, so nothing except PFP's are moderated, therefore exposing children to horrific things until they hit the report button.

Xbox Live has always been rated E for Everyone, so if the message/speech isn't suitable to be said around young children then chances are you'd end up suspended if someone reports you for it.

Yes, I can understand why you want to do this but why not just say it to people over the mic, put it onto your bio aswell if you like. You will only get banned if you get reported so if everyone you play with knows what it is then you might not get reported.
The thing is, what's suitable for a group of people who go to University, who are adults, isn't suitable for children so your argument about 'it's used so can be used' is flawed. We all know people have *** at University and that mascot represents coming
to sexual potency and understanding of human nature although it's sexist and outdated.

The whole point of the ESRB is to better inform parents about the games they are buying for their children. It is not law and is voluntarily participated in by both software publishers and retailers. I'm sure it's annoying, but children do not always know
what is best for themselves. It is the parents' responsibility to decide what their child should be exposed to.

I have no more problems playing multiplayer games with minors than I do with adults. Both can be equally annoying, in their own ways. That's why I mute, avoid, and report as necessary. Everyone should be more considerate of their fellow gamer.
