why is microsoft so bad

so my console was banned because a hacker got it banned (cant be bothered explaining it) . I have sent emails to the enforcement team its been 5 days and still no response. i appealed it got denied cos i forgot to put reasoning. i contacted their agents they just go in circles. apparently have a case with internal management and havent got a response when i was supposed to get one in 48 hours and its been like 80 hours. why microsoft?

Not sure who you sent emails to but it wasn't the enforcement team as they can't be contacted by email.

The only way to contact them is via a case review & that can only be done for account bans/suspensions,you can not appeal a console ban.

Try contacting support again.They can't help with account or console bans but they should be able to help if you think your account was compromised.

Unfortunately you would have to continue trying to work with support directly for assistance. If you can't find the option to chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us you can also use the option to request a call back.

Typically nothing can be transferred between accounts, so if that's something support told you they could do, you'd have to continue working with them so they can do it.
