    Why is Microsoft rewards slow?


    Microsoft rewards on xbox app has been lagging and running slow, is this an issue on the Xbox itself or something on your guy's end?

    Why is Microsoft rewards slow?

    Having problems too. It took me & my mom a total of 2 hours to do all of our searches, but we're sharing her phone because my phone died yesterday. Still, what normally takes 3 to 5 mins takes an hour. Had to do probably 1000 searches to get credit for all of the 100 mobile & 150 PC points. Definitely something on MS side, everything else works fine & my connection is great.

    I'm having the same issue, it takes about 10-15sec for the application to open. If you click on anything in the app it takes another 5-10sec for that to open. I mean the app was always super slow but this is just ridiculous.

    I too am having the exact same problem on my Xbox Series S. I truly hope Microsoft investigates this and actually does something about it. It isn't our internet connection that is causing this. I am a software developer and I can tell you that it's a bug of some kind. Please fix this Microsoft.

    No, this is terribly slow. I'm ethernet wired on my Series S and online games work quickly. I can stream 4k very quickly. My PS5 is responsive in the PSN. Everything works fine, except this really slow app. The worst part about the Microsoft Rewards App for Xbox is that it was fine until mid-summer 2022.
