    Anything in the microsoft family is so brutally unreliable I can not imagine ever buying anything from them again. This is pathetic. Taking over an hour to navigate broken links and bugs to play a kids game fixing the issues then to have them return later is despicable. F microsoft.

    you're not required to use a QR code

    what precisely are you trying to do and what exactly is it saying?? If you could take a picture that would be helpful. please do not include the QR code or any other identifiable information

    2 consoles in one house for 2 sons

    Is this a one time thing? They both still use their consoles. They each now have one in their room. Why can I play it under my gamertag? Also, we just realized that my older son can't play it on the new younger son's xbox, even if he is signed in. He can only play it on his xbox. And my younger son can only play it if he is using my gamer tag... ??? Its so messed up.

    Why can you only have one home console? We have two home consoles. Surely this is common....to have two xbox in 1 house...

    I just went to that link. It says if you switch your home xbox all content is removed from your xbox and transferred to the new xbox. So I don't think that's a good option. Then my older son won't be able to play on his xbox.

    All codes are unique nor can they be read until activated that's why you cannot just tell someone the code

    43this is with all scratch cards its a safety mechinicism

    Your only other option will be to use a kinect or qr scanner like kinect or windows phone

    Yeah just turned on my xbox to redeem a code for assassin's creed origins and couldn't scan the QR code with my kinect. Had to enter the code manually. I can still log in, using the kinect but is the qr code removed or something?

    I have an issue where I got this QR code to show and used the QR scanner on my iPhone to read the QR.

    It took me to the website and I followed all of Microsoft instructions. Although,, I can not find this code anymore and I have no evidence of this add-on being added to my account.
