why is Microsoft jigsaw so messed up now?

Obviously nobody has an answer to why Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw show the error message 0xC03F300D. I have been using these games for the past year and only resuled in needing to reload Jigsaw 3 times, but it worked each time. Now it loads up but just
gives an error message.

I just learned something quite interesting. The "new" version of Jigsaw was obviously written by someone who has never done a jigsaw in his/her life!!!! I have been a jigsaw fanatic since I was six years old (yeah, sorry, long-time nerd!) and over many years
I have seen hundreds of other jigsawers who all have their own ways of completing a jigsaw. But I have NEVER seen anyone pile up the pieces at the side of the table, then gradually sort them into colors/patterns/shapes and join them, and then pile up all the
remainder at the side again ... yet that is exactly what "Arrange" does. It's childishly wrong - it's what someone who just doesn't understand what they are doing would do ... maybe?

And my guess is now that Microsoft are using Jigsaw as a training and testing ground for their latest intake of programmers.

It's interesting to note that no Microsoft employee has replied to this thread! I guess they're perfectly aware of the mess they have made, and are embarrassed to admit that. A search in this forum will show you hat Jigsaw complaints ove the past 6 years
have over 1,000 threads .., easily the highest number of complaints for any Microsoft product.

The solution above DOES NOT WORK..

I also can NOT upgrade for Premium for Microsoft Jigsaw.

I seen it happen in the past too so I gave up trying to fix it .

I was able to purchase 1 month last month but now that it expired.. I CAN NOT extend it or get Premium access.

At this moment.. Microsoft Jigsaw is GARBAGE and needs better support or a fix from Microsoft.

get an outlet adapter

idk what the plug looks like for you but outlet adapters exist fairly readily
