    Why is Microsoft intentionally scamming people through entitlement issues?


    I have cod Cold war on disk and they are still trying to make me purchase it. After hours on the phone they did nothing. Now I can't even get help after being hung up on and reaching some bs help limit? This is clearly a scam that has been going on for years apparently.

    You weren't scammed intentionally anyway. Nothing is reliable anymore. People mistakes are through the roof. No one is on the same page. Now as we've seen with TMCC, walking in and buying a physical product doesn't even guarantee a working product.
