Why is Microsoft doing this to me?

I understand that I get it, but I was defending myself in my own feed I got it I didn’t send that but that’s ridiculous but I did appeal and did not accept it so but thanks for your help

a word of advice always have a few backups maybe a cheaper 8-12 dollar controller that is wired and they do work great by the way. Yes there official products also.

Depends on how you bought it. If you got it new just return it to the store or register it on the Microsoft website. If it was preowned return it to the store you got it from.
