    These idiots obviously don’t care at all about their community. wE gAvE yOu ReMoTe PlAy BeCaUsE yOu WaNtEd It!! No, we really didn’t. We just wanted an app that actually works, but these idiots can’t even give us that. They haven’t even fixed anything. They
    made the app completely useless. They never fixed their broken messaging system. From what I’ve seen here, even the Xbox ambassadors are tired of this. When will this ever be fixed?!

    You should channel that anger into actually specifying what is needing improvement, suggesting changes and reporting bugs - anything less than that is just wasted energy...
