    Jigsaw does not load

It's the Lexus ADS... either remove them or replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of constantly trying to replay daily challenges in Jigsaw! The ads are just too big to download & that's why it's hanging up & not loading!

In the same boat as other posters

I'm sharing the same difficulties as other posters regarding playing Jigsaw. The game has been hanging/freezing up while playing the game. There seems to be a high correlation with the various popup ads loading or hanging up while loading. Also, noticed
issue with accumulated point total - was 260,000 now 189,000. The latest is a sign-in issue - can't sign-in; and getting this app no longer available through store message.

Microsoft Jigsaw hangs when advertisement loads

I to have been having this exact problem. I have seen this in several of my clients devices as well. I have noticed the animated ads seem to cause this but cannot find any ways to set the ad choices to static ads only.
