    Why is it?


    Why is it every time i turn around there something wrong with the xbox one. I started to download a game then 10 hours later is still stuck at 16 gb and now none of my games are showing up in my game library. My xbox one wont even restart it gets stuck
    on a black screen why is it every time there a update i get screwed over and my xbox stops working after the update. I cant ecen go to settings and do a factory reset.. Come on Microsoft i dont need ypur ambassador to reply i need people who act know what
    they are doing to answer. If i have sufer though another 6 months of not playing my game i payed gor i will destroy thi s xbox and go buy a PlayStation. It the same dam code from last time too (0x8027025a)

    I have the same problem I tried to cancel the restrictions, but got a messeg that the state required these restriction due to his age.

    If it's a dvd I don't think Xbox restrictions are the issue. If it's netflix safety settings that has to be addressed on there site.

    If it's a movie purchased through Xbox it has to be fixed via settings, and family.

    Microsoft has not fully outlined their used game policy for the Xbox One. Personally I would be disappointing if they chose the route you are discussing but I am not going to worry about it until the actual system comes out and we see what the policy is
    or Microsoft announcing their policy fully.
