    I keep trying to set my profile picture as the image below for my Xbox account, but it keeps going back to the default one I started with. The profile picture will last about 24 hours at max before going back to the default one.

    Hi there,

    There may be some kind of issue with the picture you are trying to upload. Have you tried setting another picture as your profile picture to see if the issue persists?

    Hey AwsomeGuy174, You cant upload a custom gamer picture at this moment because it has been temporarily disabled due to reduce server stress. You should be able to change it to the pictures microsoft already has.

    My brother selected a custom profile picture yesterday and it uploaded and worked immediately. I put custom profile pictures on my alt accounts yesterday and they uploaded immediately. For some reason my main account will not add the profile picture even when it says it’s pending. It’s not affecting everyone’s.
