Why is it that when I stream from my Xbox One directly to twitch, I always have choppy audio?

If I may ask, have you tried a different headset device on your Xbox console?

Also, did you try to connect your headset to a different Xbox controller?

Nothing I have tried works including power cycling console, unplugging headset, changing qualities of stream, adjusting latency settings, and staying on an app for 30 seconds mid stream whenever the issue occurs. The issue is always there when I stream, and it affects both my mic audio and the game audio as well.

Your issue resolved or still pending?

As others have stated, there is no way to record your audio while using the 'record from now' function.

I stream to mixer and that captures my mics audio, and it's really easy to do too.

The only other alternatives to a capture card is to stream directly from your console to Mixer or Twitch, or use the Xbox App on Windows 10 to stream your console's audio and video to the windows 10 device, then you can use some other software to record,
or stream. ( I hope that made sense).

Are you streaming directly to Twitch from the Xbox? Or are you using a capture card?

If direct from Xbox: I assume you have a party chat open when you are streaming?
