    Hello, I was hit with a 4 day suspension on my account. I then put in an appeal the second day of my suspension. When I checked to see the status of my appeal, I saw that I was then hit with an indefinite ban. Which only came from my appeal since I was not eligible to interact with anyone online. I then put in an appeal for my ban and that too was denied. I just want to resolve this issue. To me, this is unjustified. I have been an Xbox customer for years now and have put so much time and money into my account. If a member of the enforcement team could contact me that would be great. As I previously said, I just want to resolve this issue because I do cherish my time and relationships that I have made over Xbox live and now I may never speak to these people again. Please help!

    Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    They just denied my appeal. In the appeal I asked what’s the reason my accounts in a suspension and they still haven’t even put a reason down as to why.

    But there was no reason for the report someone has obviously reported me for a laugh and I’ve received the suspension and been denied the appeal and I’ve got to sit out a ban for 4 days even thought I did nothing wrong. Surely there’s a way to put some sort of second appeal though or someone I can talk to about it ?

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
