Why is it that out of the many Microsoft accounts I've created, it's always locked?

also why on earth create 13 accounts, lots of services other than microsoft block or ban for making too many accounts, spamming account creation, also creating that many accounts is unneeded and looks suspicious.

Ok sorry but disregard those other messages. NOBODY in these forms can find out how or why you are banned or if your account is locked!!!

https://enforcement.xbox.com is the ONLY place you can go to to find out why your account has a ban or suspension on it.

If you account is locked thats a different place also. Is it locked due to to many repeated tries of trying to log in? Was it locked due to an attempted hack??

Typically, if an account is locked out for the first time, the lock will be removed after 24 hours. You can try to log in again after that. It is important to note that the more times you are locked out, the longer the lockout period will be.

Based on experience, these newly created accounts are almost impossible to recover if the password is forgotten, as it is difficult to provide sufficient valid information. Since you have an Italian account and since ms points are region locked you would have to buy ms points from Italy. The Gold subscription howver is not region locked so you can buy it from Australia. As for Italian apps being
usable when you are out of region you may experience issues using any of the Marketplace features when you are out of region. That is why it is always recommended to create another region specific account when you leave your originating region.
