Why will Daily Challenge will not download ............?????

jigsaw

I have been playing Microsoft Jigsaw for a long time and it is one of my favorite games. For a long time I have not had my daily rewards carry forward from day to day. Occasionally they will show up but mostly they disappear after I close the game each
day. If I don't see a gold level prize when I log on tomorrow, I have completed all challenges this month, I will stop playing the game. I have complained about this before but have gotten no solutions.

Lost all of my daily challenge progress.

I logged in to find that my daily progress was gone. I had completed every daily challenge so far this month. I played todays daily challenge today and started all over again with day one. I just started getting into this and now I feel like why bother.
Please fix this!

Sorry to hear about the issues in Microsoft Jigsaw. The Microsoft Casual Games team actually just came out with a new website that not only has a link to chat with a representative about more complex technical issues on the main page
HERE. They also have a FAQ/Support page
HERE with steps that may also be helpful in resolving this issue. Try giving the steps in the FAQ/Support page a shot and see if they help.

This is my favorite game. Do daily challenges daily. It's always been slow to download the closer I get to the end of the month. For the last two days it won't download so I can play. Not happy

Same here. Never downloads the daily challenges. But the ads download perfectly...lol

Microsoft Puzzle daily challenge hangs up and never downloads. How can I uninstall this game?

Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.

My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.
