Why is it that even though I have a disc game error 0x803f8001 keeps popping up?

Have the owner sign in to the Xbox Network: If someone else installed the game or app digitally (without disc), that person must be the one to sign in to the Xbox Network

Insert the game disc: If you are playing a game that requires a disc, insert the disc into the Xbox console. If the disc is already inserted, see: Troubleshoot disc playback

Well it stopped at 28.8% didn't pop any error code up eventually I just stuck in disc 2 even though it hasn't asked for it yet.it now asked for disc 1 I'm now at 74.5% hoping this fixed my problem I really want to play the game but I think it may just be something wrong with my disc one and as I was typing this .but as typing this it's not moving past 74.5 and keeps stopping no error code or nothing popping up

Solution

Insert the game disc. Even though the game might already be installed on this Xbox, we need the physical disc to check the license before we can launch it.

If the disc is already loaded, see if it’s dirty or scratched. If needed, wipe the disc with a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth. Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom faces.

Then re-insert it and try launching again.

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.
