Why is it still $60 and why is it still the only Wwe game on the 360

Because it was most likely in a sale at that point in time which has now finished, I dare say you'll be able to find it significantly cheaper second hand in physical form.

Seems 2K forgot to drop the price or is being greedy.

Quick question, when you say it doesn't play physical copies, i remember the 360 had an option to install a disc onto the harddrive for quick access. I once got the dreaded laser burn on my game and it wouldnt get past the level i needed, so i borrowed
a friends disc, installed it on the harddrive and then when i put my disc in, it would run the game fine. Just an idea.

Sales come and go man. But yeah, it is kind of ridiculous to be that expensive still
