why is it so hard to speak to enforcement?

I need to communicate to someone about file a complaint. it is near impossible these days to do so. Support is supposed to be there for the services we pay just like anything else. I need to communicate these issues and be able to have someone to listen
and solve the issue. I actually MEAN ENFORCEMENT! I spend time and money on games and players can be so toxic and all there is are a small pop up box to click a few options. I have recorded video, messages of toxicity and yet who do I speak to to look review
and let me know if the case I claim. You guys are the police of the gaming community. Imagine if real world worked like that? No justice. No 911 call just a few click boxes and no response of your issues. That is not how you guys should be enforcing issues
with the community. I want to make a claim have the parties communicate with enforcement and then make a judgement call just like a court system.

Unfortunately, by design the enforcement team can't be contacted directly. The only way is the case review on their website.

Unfortunately there is no direct communication with the enforcement team.

I suggest reporting all of these messages that you get sent. Each report is reviewed and if they are deemed to have violated the community standards then Microsoft will take action. You can always block and mute players that way they will not be able to
send messages to you

To get 4 strikes in one night = a year suspension it wouldve had to be really severe to warrant thar suspension

I just don't understand that though. I should be able to talk to some one at least. It's honestly not fair that I received 4 strikes in one night that lead to being banned for a year and you're saying that I only have one appeal.

Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
