    Why is it so hard to reach a representative for enforcement?


    I was flagged all in one night that lead up to my account being banned for an entire year. I was givin no warning that this was going to happen. I tried to appeal but they got denied. I have been trying to get a hold of some one all morning to further tell them that this must be a mistake but that is nearly impossible. My activity is not sexual not is it hateful, I have never spammed my activity feed and I only post screen shots of my character when I change her outfit. There are definitely more wild and sexual content out there by my account is not one of them.

    To get 4 strikes in one night = a year suspension it wouldve had to be really severe to warrant thar suspension

    I just don't understand that though. I should be able to talk to some one at least. It's honestly not fair that I received 4 strikes in one night that lead to being banned for a year and you're saying that I only have one appeal.

    Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    I put an appeal in for each explaining my case and every single one was denied. I can understand if my character was naked but it wasn't. I can't even recover my account on my game because it considers my game a party.

    I do not post nudity though nor am I hateful. I've seen some really bad stuff on xbox screens shots and mine are nowhere near that.
