    Why is it SO difficult to contact Xbox One support?


    I took up the Game Pass trial offer, that ended but Microsoft cancelled my Xbox Live GOLD subscription.

    Now I cant seem to renew the Xbox Live GOLD without taking up the expensive £10.99 a month Game Pass that I DO NOT WANT !!!!!!

    Tried the Microsoft Xbox useless support telephone call-back 5x now and no one ever calls you.

    Wasted my day trying to contact your support team. There's no option to Live Chat which would have probably sorted the problem in 5 minutes.

    So, how do I get my Xbox Live GOLD back that you cancelled?

    Prices are via the Xbox site / Microsoft.

    I'm trying to cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but it just keeps offering me to renew. No option to cancel it.

    No that just 3month renewal

    You can still get 12month codes you gotta buy them from your local etailer or retailer make sure they are local seeing as they are region locked

    What you bought would have been Game Pass Ultimate, not just Game Pass. Ultimate includes Gold so if you have a standard Gold subscription when you purchase Ultimate, it is converted to Ultimate as well. In order to go back to regular Gold, you would either need to cancel your Ultimate subscription or wait for it to end and then add a regular Gold subscription.

    Tried multiple times for MS to call me back - they never have done in the 7 times ive now tried.

    Just get a message saying " We will call you in about 2 minutes" and they never do.,

    Ultimate Pass has expired anyway and Ive sorted a new Gold subscription for £39.99 now and thats gone through OK so all is well.

    where are you getting your prices

    gold is 49.99 but no longer sold as 12 month on xbox but can be found cheaper online sometimes 35 a year or even less.

    gamepass is 7.99 per month

    gamepass ultimate is 10.99 per month, this has gold, gamepass, xcloud and gamepass pc bundled together

    why would you choose to pay for three monthly when you can still get 12 month codes online.

    nobody gets rewarded for loyalty, no such thing.

    39.99 for 12 months here
