Why is it showing unable to connect to world on Minecraft mobile

Make sure that your account settings are set up correctly.

Please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and make sure that the following settings are set up to "allow" or "everyone":

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Also, make sure that you and your friend is using the same game version.

I play Minecraft with my friend over mobile. It was working the whole time, until now.

The issue is, when I am in my world, my friend tries to join but it says “Unable to connect to world”.

We both use the same version of Minecraft [1.14.60 as of 6/16/20]. I also have multiplayer set on the world too.

I tried inviting him, but the issue persisted. I tried joining his world, but it showed me the message.

My Xbox account is allowed to play multiplayer and no parental controls are set.

What do I do? Please reply as soon as possible.

The mc servers may have been down, or all the multiplayer servers that host your world are all on the newer versions

It's a game primarily designed for mobiles. Why in the world would you expect it to show off the capabilities of the Xbox One?

Hi i you said you are trying to connect to his computer world while he is on mobile from my knowledge of pc minecraft if he is not on the world you can't connect to it also your friends internet could have a bad connection hope this helps

My friend and i have had this ongoing problem where he is unable to connect to my worlds but i can connect to his (connecting to my worlds works just fine for others) and we have no idea why. and advise or support will be helpful. Thanks.
