why is it saying my suspension is completed in Enforcment history but I cant chat in Minecraft?

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone” since the error that you're getting is related to your account and privacy settings:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Also, may I ask if you're on Xbox or PC? We'll be performing troubleshooting steps as well to possibly fix the issue if that didn't work.

I knew why the suspension happened. I surpassed the time of the suspension and still cant play. It said suspension was completed but my xbox is still saying that i have to wait till tomorrow after two in oder to play online again . The enforcement website
says i completed the suspension though . Gonna try what another person recommended and see if that works

Obviously. I'm just trying to figure out why it says I have no enforcement history. My 2nd suspension was evidently a mistake on their end (which makes sense because I didn't even know what I was suspended for at the time), which means I only ever had one real suspension and it was for something very mild (someone was using an exploit in a game and I messaged them saying "loser" and nothing else). It was for 24 hours, and since it was for something very mild I'd assume that's why my enforcement history is clean.

Hi, I have submitted a case review hence why I mentioned that after submitting the review it now says "not approved" on the right of where the permanent suspension information is on the enforcement history. I don't know if that means my permanent suspension is not approved or?

The suspension is not listed in my Enforcement History, but I received messages through Xbox Live informing me of it, and I lost voice communications in the game I was playing. The maddening thing about this is, with nothing listed in Enforcement History,
I'm unable to request a case review -- or even know why I was suspended.
