Why is it saying my account has been suspended but when I go to the page for more details...

It keeps popping up on my xbox game pass app on my phone that my account has been suspended but when I log into my account there are no enforcement history reports at all?! It also says on the contact us page that there is an enforcement but again the page is clear.

I seem to be able to still use my account on xbox and to be honest this is the only way I've been on my account so I'm not sure how I've got an enforcement as I've just been playing Two point campus and house flipper!

Is there a way to stop the popups or can an xbox person look into it for me? I tried to contact someone but it was unavailable!

Exact same issue her. Started around last week. I’m not suspended, I don’t even play online games. Keep getting the notification though when opening the gamepass app.

It's a notification glitch. I get it all the time. It's not a real suspension. If you go into the settings for the app, you should be able to report it as an error.

Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.

i dont know the problem, when im going login in my account say "your account has been suspended" and when I click on the link about what "can" be, it says that there was an error ...

All that was in the email is that my account has be suspended and in for more information go to enforcement link for more details

When I went to go and play my game it said that my account was suspended which I knew that from 3 days prior it was at that time just for communication reasons which would’ve been fine but I’m not sure why they decided to suspend me online days after they
originally suspended me. But I’m pretty sure when I went to go play it just said my account was suspended, I just dont get why playing online is suspended if its not listed under the suspension list on the enforcement page.
