Why is it redirecting me?

It may mean that your account is a child account and you need an adult to help you in managing your settings. To do so, kindly ask an adult to add you as a member via https://account.microsoft.com/family. Once done, they need to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

Also, are you being redirected to the support page whenever you're trying to change your name?

That link is redirecting me to a 404-not found page. I think it is because that page is not available in my language (I am italian, but I can't understand why is redirecting)

I was told to give my reference number from Xbox support and they redirected me to this link. Why delete my code?
