why is it near impossible to get my Xbox console captures over to my Windows 11 PC?

im well aware on how to make a capture on my PC and access it from my PC, im also well aware on how to take a capture on my Xbox and access it on my Xbox

but my problem lies in the fact that i cannot access my Xbox Captures from my Windows 11 PC in basically anyway that doesn't already defeat the purpose of having a Capture system in the first place

i need a way to transfer between the two devices since the Console Companion App doesn't exist anymore

uh... no im having problems with the fact its not available on Windows 11 at all, and its the only reliable way to transfer captures between a console and PC

and my issue is that since my computer is now windows 11 i have no reliable way to transfer my captures from my Xbox to my PC

ah no, sorry, i should clarify, the captures are made on my series X console, and i need to be able to access them from my Windows 11 PC, but am almost entirely unable

i need a way to transfer between the two devices since the Console Companion App doesn't exist anymore - This is a good idea and since this feature no longer works currently, we can suggest this through providing your feedback in that way our Xbox team engineers will start to investigate.

Basically, you cannot access the captures from your Xbox console to your Windows 11 PC because the captures in your Xbox device is stored locally in your device. You need to upload it to your OneDrive so that you can access it using your Windows 11 PC by signing in your OneDrive account to OneDrive.live.com. To upload your captures to OneDrive, make sure to have enough cloud storage in your OneDrive to prevent having synching issue or uploading failure. From your OneDrive online storage, you can have the option to download locally in your Windows PC the captures so you can access your saved captures under OneDrive folder in your local drive. If you do not want to save it locally, you will be able to access all your captures in OneDrive online even using multiple devices wherever you go. You will be able to access your captures uploaded in OneDrive under OneDrive\Pictures\Xbox Screenshots.
