    Why is it making me buy this again


    So I bought the hard disk version of Rocket League. I realised that it gave me a free electronic version of the game. And then i lost the disk, but it is OK because I still have the electronic version. So, recently I have switched from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
    to Gold. I thought it wouldnt be a problem, but then it kept not letting me play because it gave me this thing that said i needed to sign in or check my subscription. This was annoying because I should be able to play it online and offline, but it wouldn’t
    let me play offline! I even went to my games and apps and opened it from there to ensure that I had the game on this account. Then, I looked it up on the Xbox help page and it told me to uninstall. I did so, and guess what happened when I tried to reinstall?
    IT MADE ME PAY FOR ROCKET LEAGUE AGAIN! This really got me mad. What should I do? If I don’t get this fixed OR get a refund, I am definatly buying a pc or a playstation because this issue would not happen. So this is my proof to see if this customer support
    is really worth buying the console for

    Ok, Thank you so much! This xbox community is actually super helpful snd I am very surprised that I was able to get replies overnight! Sorry about the threats to switch, I was just very angry and grumpy in the moment.

    If you still have question about if you own it or if it was a gamepass game you can log into your purchase history to see if you “purchased it” and if you did call support and explain and they will refund you.

    You had rocket league digital because you had game pass when you downgraded you no longer had your game pass games (rocket league)

    It seems you was able to play the game because of game pass, it gives you Rocket league for free for the entire period you have game pass, when game pass runs out you lose the games you got from game pass until you renew your subscription, the game stay
    installed on your Xbox but unplayable until you purchase the game or renew the subscription.
