Why is it impossible to talk to a real person..

I’ve been trying for like two weeks and the error still has not been fixed. This community is the closest thing I can get to ‘contacting’ someone. It’s a joke. I’ve googled every number and email to no avail

I'm trying to request a call back for an issue to, and get the same call back error!! Tried for 3 days in a row and get same message everytime. Are the phone lines down or something? How else can we get in contact with microsoft xbox???? It's sooo difficult, isn't there an email or something atleast?!

Yeah it's shocking, considering microsoft is one of the biggest companies on the planet. My local butchers has better customer support than microsoft...

Is anyone actually going to help us??? Other than the generic response sending us back to the contact us page (that we've already been too hundreds of times).

Yes we've tried that, it gives you option to call back. you click that, enter your number, but get an error. Something along the lines of 'we're sorry we have a problem our end, please try again later'... but I tried for 3 days about 10 times and get the same message every time I enter my phone number? Why does it do this? Also Isn't there an option to call you instead??

Just pay attention to the office hours, so that you can pass the protocol number of your control that was sent to Microsoft.
