    Why is it crashing.


    My Xbox crashes and says “keep your console cool” when it is in a well ventilated place and the Xbox is cold and turned on 5 mins ago. It happens every day and it is annoying

    Xbox One X constantly crashing after update

    Seems it was the save file for my last save.

    Kept crashing the console all the way. Not sure why a bad save would completely crash a console though...

    I am very sorry for the problem you are going through. I was researching in one of the Microsoft forums and found this article (https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/1bb44c88-2425-4b26-99e7-b90e3950475b)">https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/1bb44c88-2425-4b26-99e7-b90e3950475b) Gerardo C. independent advisor , shows that the solution to the problem can be solved by following these steps:

    "Let's rule out that this is a problem caused by the console software (especially since you mention that the console is not hot when the warning appears) by performing the following procedure:

    1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

    3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

    4. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

    Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

    5. Check again if the problem persists."
