Please can you stop having people go through the trouble shooting.

I appreciate you have a script to work off, but it will NOT fix this issue. It hasn't fixed the issue for a single one of the dozens of people that have raised the issue on this forum and it won't fix it for this person either.

It would be far more productive if this could be raised to senior staff at xbox support rather than having users follow pointless troubleshooting.

This is a MS issue, it need raising to managers, attempting to fix at a user level is pointless.

Please, please stop going over the troubleshooting script for this issue. It will not work and will only cause the user to risk losing saved game progress.

Perfect. Kindly try removing and re-adding your account on your Xbox One and then try again:

" REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​
