Why is Game pass ultimate not working at all??

As per your description, your subscription is showing in Xbox app and you have the option to install the games that are included with the subscription as well as the option to play with cloud gaming. To start play game in Xbox app, the game must be downloaded first. You must also sign in with the same Microsoft account in Microsoft Store that you are using to sign in Xbox app.

The status of you subscription can be found in this page. Please go to this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services and if you are not sign in, please sign in your Microsoft account. You should be able to see your subscription status.

As per your description, when you have signed in your account to the account landing page and under services, the subscription is not showing or registering. It is possible that it is not the right account where the subscription was tied up.

Just to set to your expectation that here in community forum, we do not have the advanced tools to check the account status. We could not really imagine how important it is for you to be able to rectify this issue at the soonest time possible. However, we have realized that this issue of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check what’s going on with your account. Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

Hi , thank you for the reply ! Unfortunately that was my exact issue was playing games . I had the subscription active but never once was able to play cloud gaming or install . Normally it would be the option to either play , or buy Xbox game pass . And I just added the 1 month subscription. Nothing was ever able to work and I never got to use it during the month period and was a little upset because I got it as a gift . And the link that shows active subscriptions is where I found it that it didnt register it on that link u provider then I went back to my game bar and the game pass ultimate over that’s under my name disappeared after I checked the services link u provided

Xbox games pass ultimate games to be connected to be online to be sure it's the correct licence, that is why it won't work in offline .
