Why is Fallout 3 DLC Purchased In Store not available in game?

So basically the title. I bought all of the DLC add ons for Fallout 3 in the store, they installed just fine, I go into the game and they load up and even show in the main menu downloads section.

BUT when I start up my last save, the trigger quests don't activate or show up on my pip boy.

What is going on? I just spent $25-$30 on this DLC and I can't actually play it.

Unfortunately we're not able to provide replacement codes here. Did you purchase the code from a US store or was this a retail store based in Poland? Language availability can vary, which explains why you may not be able to select Polish for Fallout 3.

Yeah. It's the same for Fallout 3: GOTY and Oblivion: GOTY. The 2nd disc is usually the best option, as the 1st disc doesn't load the DLC w/ the game.

Unfortunately though, once you install the DLC it won't show as purchased in the Xbox store. The licenses for the DLC are on the disc itself.

I have the GOTY of fallout 3 and it works perfect! my only problem was figuring the dlc for the game I would install the dlc but it would not show when i load the game...... I find out when you install fallout 3 then the dlc you have to keep the dlc disc
in the tray in order for the dlc to work unless you bought dlc from the store this is how you play the game...
