    why is everything grayed out?


    I'm on xbox series X: I was on last night, no issues. today everything is gray. I can scroll to games and the name is written on the bottom, but no graphics/icons/pictures.

    I searched and followed directions given to fix this(refreshing the home screen, restarting the system, unplugging for 10 minutes, and finally a system reset), every box is still gray!

    Same problem here, I bring Xbox Game Bar and I can't invite anybody

    My NAT type is Open

    I have appropriate Game pass subscription (Ultimate)

    Still grayed out

    please check your privacy and safety settings here:
    http://account.xbox.com/settings

    to see if all related settings are set to enabled/allowed.

    If settings were changed, then be sure to Sign out and Sign back in again on the device.
