    why is evertything freezen even after i did the thing


    So when i do /sfc scan cause ive been having problems this comes up

    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

    I tried the DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth it does not seem to work

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Settings > Update and Security > Recovery> Reset this PC > Get Started.

    You can choose Remove Everything to reinstall Windows while removing your files.

    Or, you can choose Keep My Files to reinstall without losing personal data.

    You may need to reinstall your Windows.

    Which version you are using?

    Please, do a clean boot and run the SFC command again.

    Press Windows Key + R > Type msconfig > Select Services > Check the box Hide all Microsoft Services > Select Deactivate All.

    Let me know if it works!
