why is everthing out of stock in the vault

VIP Vault is OUT OF STOCK???????

Hold on let me do the leg work for their support staff and generic response they will throw you will get one of two:

You wont get a response. These forums are filled with similar questions and not one reply from anyone who actually works for MS. They know that we are angry and they are ignoring us. Maybe its time to blow up the phone lines and MAKE them listen

It happens all the time. You have to keep checking back for whatever yo looking for to be restocked. The hot/easiest to get items go out of stock the fastest. Especially now that they shutting things down. You got 2 months before that happens. Constantly
check cause they go fast. This info was in the small print by the way. You would think something this important would be in the big print.

Don't worry you are going to get a very generic comment from support and they will lock the thread. Pretty simple, they know they are screwing us over with this conversion and just don't care.

Exactly exactly I've gotten the same answer for this problem 10 to 15 times. It's clear they don't care about their customers
