Why is DLC unavailable for Purchase and Download in NCAA Football 14?

When you select DLC in NCAA Football 14, you do not get an option to purchase. Cancel is the only option available as seen in the photo.

This content is available on the PS3, but not Xbox 360. The DLC information and file size are still detailed. If I had purchased these items a while back, I would be able to download it again. So it is not completely gone from the marketplace. It is only denied for new users of the game.

I have contact EA’s support channels and they explained that Xbox/Microsoft is keeping this content unavailable. Can this content please come back to the marketplace or be available for purchase in the in-game store? Thank you for the assistance. There is a huge demand for these items, and users like me are happy to pay for it.

First I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Unfortunately, as you said yourself this is content that has already been removed from the Xbox store, new users cannot pay for the content, but if you had already purchased it before, the content would be permanently linked in your account, and you would be able to download normally. About whether it will return to the store, we don't have this information, but generally, when content is removed it rarely comes back, unfortunately.

What can I recommend you to do is access the link below, and ask that your voice be heard, for feedback on what you would like to return to the store? Today is the only way to do that.

I purchased NCAA football 14 back when it released on Xbox gamestore. I purchased a XBox 360 just to play this game. Am I not able to to download because I don’t see it anywhere in the store?
