Why is crossplay forced on Call Of Duty MW2?

Cross play includes pc and xbox series consoles

And as mentioned before it won't work for you if you want to play next gen games with xbox series or last gen with your friends so if you are in a party both friends that is mixed consoles being xbox one or series consoles they count as cross play that would be why

You would.be blocking your friends who are on series consoles they are asking you to remove it

And keyboard and mouse is allowed on console fyi

Nd no.series consoles aren't considered xbox ones as they are next gen same with ps5

you are going to be in for a shock, PlayStation will be going more crossplay next year as they start releasing more of their games on PC too, Xbox is a service not a console. I play on PC and it is horrible playing against console players due to their high ping rate and latency, plus all the modded controllers and cheating going on with console players too, i tend to block crossplay to console unless i am playing coop with friends.
