    Why is Australia still being excluded from Design Labs?


    I speak for myself and many other Australian gamers I know that would rather purchase a Microsoft product over an aftermarket one.

    However you have chosen to exclude us from a feature that has been praised from the Xbox community as an excellent step forward in customization.

    I’m already bummed that you wont be letting us in on Xbox All-access or that we dont get the full Backwards Compatibility catalogue over here, but this has really soured my fandom for the green machine.

    Instead of the verbatim “we do not have any plans to bring Design Labs to Australia”, can you just tell us why this is the case?

    They've been expanding countries that the design labs controllers can ship to but Australia isn't supported yet it seems.

    Sorry. I don't have any info to share and I don't know who does.

    Unfortunately that was the verbatim type answer I was afraid of getting, just a slight change of phrasing.

    I’d really just like to understand why it would be a logistical issue to ship to any developed country? It’s not like Microsoft haven’t already set up shop over here.

    You can place your Xbox Design Lab order now in the US, Canada and most Western European Countries

    Purchase a Custom Controller in Australia?

    Unfortunately Design Lab controllers do not ship to Australia at this time. So it would not be possible to purchase one.

    if you are talking about a Design labs controller then unfortunately not, they are only shipped to the supported countries.

    Hopefully Australia will be an option soon.
