    I am a gamer! Cards, boards, books, computer, console. My first handheld in 1978, the first console in 1980, there has been at least one pc/console in our house eversince. In 1986 one of the top money me in the uk government said about gaming, and I quote: "Gaming, it's just a fad, it will be gone by the end of the year.' So these are my credentials for the following question. Why do they bang on about the freedom to customise our gaming needs and make our gaming experiences as ENJOYABLE as possible, and overall spend billions and sending this message, and then during their next breath, force upon us their vision of how we should play, neverminding the fact that it is our cash money that fuels there business model? IT MAKES NO SENSE? ? So the new xbox series x homepage is perfect for the Sega megadrive...

    I know about change, change is good, it means we're not stagnating. I have a neurological quirk. If I get too much information at once, my mind just shuts down and I barely function for a given period and the new homepage is information overload, 80% of which I don't use. Again I have no problem with this because gamers are wide and varied in their tastes. What I do have issue with is not being able to adjust the homepage to my gaming/media needs? Disabilities and mental health are not exclusive to hospitals, and in my experiences corps assume in their business modals the consumers are all the same, fit/healthy and fully functional in mind! To me, this is a cyberpunk 2027 moment and treating us human gamers as fools! Mabey my views are extreme-ish, but I've seen a trend of large gaming divisions releasing products held together with spit & ego and charging us £100 for the privilege. Yes this is a free update but I still spent £400+ for the hardware...

    I would like to let you know that at the moment, there are some ways to customize your Home Screen:

    I understand if not all the features you expected to be available are currently available. For that reason, it is extremely important to share this feedback with team Xbox, as recommended previously.

    For now, there is no way to go back to the previous dashboard design.

    I know this change can be disruptive to some players, and the new UI isn’t going to be liked by everyone.
    Additionally, it can take a while to get used to it and adapt to the way it works.

    I personally think the new design looks good. But the concern you have with the design.
