    Why is 2k23 freezing and crashing as soon as I get to the main menu


    My 2k23 for the series x freezes and crashes as soon as I get to the main menu, I have reinstalled twice now restarted my Xbox and nothing works, this is the only game I am having this problem with

    Not at all, Keith. Just make sure that you're connected to Xbox Live and that you know your in-game credentials as well (2k account and Activision account).
