    I'm talking about the real Imperial Capital, the main city in Oblivion. Solitude is just the Imperial Capital of Skyrim.

    I'm at a "cross-roads"... lol my Character is an Imperial. I've been debating this for a while now but I think the irony will fit just fine. Imperial's try to execute an Imperial, so the Imperial takes command of the Rebellion
    that goes against the Imperial's.

    So there's an "Imperial Edition" for the ONE.

    Does this mean that Imperials are a locked race that you have to purchase seperately if you don't buy the "Imperial Edition"?

    Skyrim is considered a barbaric land. its still wild and underdeveloped due to the lack of imperial 'technology' thats why the imperial army is their, to bring civilisation to Skyrim, but the nords dont like the idea of imperials ruling over nord land. their
    cities are smaller in comparison to Oblivion cities. then again this is a different game, set in a different time, in a different land based around a more barbaric race of people. i think it fits the race to have a few major fortified cities, then a few non
    fortified large towns.
