Why im not getting my account back?

I cant login to my Xbox/Microsoft account, i lost my password and dont have access to my old phone number so i cant get the security code, tried to get it back from the "Account recovery form", gave all the information i could, even credit cards information, three different credit cards that ive used to buy game pass subscriptions and that stuff in my account, but somehow the automatic system claims that the information i provided was not enough which is kinda dumb, what else do you need for me to prove the account is mine?

Hello Lenny, I'm sorry for what you're going through with your account, I see that you've already tried to fill out the account recovery form but you still couldn't recover it.

In this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants, we do not have access there some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Passwords are not stored by Microsoft and are known only by yourself. If you cannot remember the password for the account then try logging into xbox.com with it and select the Forgot Password option

im trying to get my paypal to my xbox account and getting the same error my account isnt underage so it can be the reason why im in australia and paypal for xbox live is compatiable so its frustrating

hey guys i found out my friend that i license transfered with has beta and he has my points but im not full beta so thats why i dont have them but he got locked out of his account and i dont know how to get the points back to my account
