why I'm I get packet loss after 8pm never before evey night

for weeks now I've been get packet loss but the weird thing is only happens after 8pm never before I've spoken to Vodafone for hour an half running tests but nothing wrong on there end. I'm wired on my xbox series x it's only my xbox I get the packet loss I know this because when the problem started last night I unplug the ethernet cable and plugged it in my laptop and a ping test on laptop and there was no packet loss so plugged it back into xbox and ran the connection test and had 880 D 789 up latency 20 packet loss 4 . Started 3 weeks ago.

This is very unusual, let's try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

Same problem here. Regarding the packet loss, how come I never had this problem before? It started after the latest console update for xbox one. When I try the ping test, the most packet loss I get is 2 packets which adds up to 0%, but when I check my xbox
one it says the loss is 100%. WTF?? Does anyone have any solution? Thanks

I just got the message when testing my Multiplayer connection on xbox one "You have high packet loss. Your packet loss is 20%. This is high and may be affecting network quality." never gotten that before.

and although that packet loss at time of typing is 0%, I just checked multiplayer connection and got a packet loss(a thing I've never heard of before) at 35%

83% packet loss. I've had high packet loss before and still been able to get on my apps, it won't let me on my games nor my apps, please Xbox fix this cause I'm getting sick and tired of waiting on this and then a new problem arises that we have to wait
on. I'm bout to switch to PS4at least when their crap goes down they get warnings.
