Why I'm I being suspended for this?, this has happened twice

I spent $21 and it charged me twice. Why does it charge me twice this is not the first time this has happened.

Worked for me. Any idea why it happens? It has happen twice

If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

It's happened to me also. I'm gone for 7 weeks during the summer with no xbox activity. I've returned home to find I've been suspended twice when I'm not even online. There was also a no appeal status on the suspensions.
