    I don't know if there is something wrong with my network（I lived in China） or with Xbox's service ...

    However, it's making me very upset.

    Now I'm still trying to change my gamertag...

    Why I still can't change my gamertag???

    I turned the change gamertag's page into other languages.

    Now I can connect the service now.

    Maybe the reason is that Chinese's network doesn't allowed this service.

    This gamertag isn't allowed. Try a different one.

    I want to change my gamertag to "LimJinn" I think I can't change because I have used "LimJinn" to register ".onmicrosoft.com" account. But this account is mine. Is this why I can't change gamertags?
