Why I must buy again?

Are you currently still owning the gamepass?

It might be, that it will tell you to buy it because as you set it is recognized as gamepass game but it might change to normal after your gamepass membership runs out.

If have the same problem with Gears 5.

Look...start paying attention to the post more before giving a reply. I already stated in the FIRST post that i had exhausted all options you and the other mods have given me so stop telling people what to do when they say they already have made it clear
they have done those things. Think before you act. I have been on the phone support and transferred to a specialist earlier to ask about this matter and they could not help but have instructed me to take my issue to corporate offices and i will do so. There

Try manually searching for the game in the store and then try installing it through there.

If it still doesn't show up:

- Do you still own a GamePass subscription?

- Does the game show up at all in your ''ready to install'' or ''installed'' library?
