    No Payment Back From Microsoft for Purchases of Games/ DLC or Achievements

    I have been a rewards member since 2011 and I have made frequent purchases of games and dlc for years. My rewards page says i have unlocked 147 achievements which is wrong seeing as i have a gamerscore of over 79,000. Can someone please explain why my rewards
    page isnt updating properly and why I have not been reimbursed from my payments for games and DLC

    Reward points not added for purchases

    Hi. I've been a live rewards member for over 3 years now, but only one purchase shows up (I've only just checked!) I can't understand why this is, as I've made a lot of various purchases in that time. Thanks

    It kind of depends on how many credits you've earned. Credits are only set to automatically deposit after you have at least 5,000 pending. So credit will remain pending until you reach that amount which means they could be pending for months if you don't
    take part in a lot of offers.

    If you think you didn't receive credits for a specific offer, or there may be another issue with your account, you'll want to post in the support section of the site so support can check into it.

    I have gottin console banned for no reson.

    You may want to post this in the
    ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS     section of the forums. A member of the XBLPET will be able to address your situation there. Please note that this does not mean that the ban will be lifted. Most likely, you'll just be told which rule has been violated.

    Game Pass Ultimate if I already have Gold

    So, just to be super clear, since I have 2 years of gold active right now, I can buy only a single month of ultimate (a single one time payment of $14.99) and that single $14.99 payment will upgrade the entire 24 months to ultimate? Or will I be charged $14.99 every month for those 2 years?
