Why I don’t get my vbucks

First, please validate the status of your order by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once you have confirmed that they are there and are stated as "completed" or "redeemed" for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

But then i have to pay for Fortnite which I don’t have. My aon also told me i cannot gift him vbucks in Fortnite 🤷��‍♀️

My cousin bought fortnite crew a couple weeks back so the obvious thing I did was refunding (which at the time I didn’t know you could go into negative vbucks) and then yesterday I bought 1000 vbucks which was for the new season but I only just realised that it only took me to 60 since I was on -980 and I messaged Xbox support and epic games support and they both said to go to the other site and epic games also said they couldn’t do anything about it because you have to pay off the debt and I don’t know how to either get my money back or to get my 1000 vbucks. Someone please help

Unfortunately this isnt something Microsoft would be able to assist with as the issue is with your fortnite account which would be on Epic Games' servers.

Only Epic Games would have the access to be able to assist with something like this so no idea why they sent you to Microsoft.

Im missing vbucks also. That i bought with my debt card. That came up missing on 5-18-2020. Anyone know why fortnite took our vbucks?
